I am NY State licensed Real Estate Broker, specializing in representing both residential and commercial real estate buyers and investors in the Tri-Lakes area. I assist buyers in finding and negotiating the purchase of real property at a price and on terms acceptable to the buyer. A buyer's broker has, without limitation, the following fiduciary duties to the buyer: reasonable care, undivided loyalty, confidentiality, full disclosure, obedience, and a duty to account. As a buyer broker, I do not represent the interests of the seller. Fees for services: For properties listed on multiple listing service, the fee is customarily paid by the seller's listing broker.
