Marc E. Richmond, MD

Dr. Mark Liszewski is a board certified radiologist with subspecialty certification in pediatric radiology. He is an associate professor of radiology at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, vice chair of radiology at NewYork-Presbyterian Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital and chief of the Division of Pediatric Radiology. As a pediatric radiologist, Dr. Liszewski works with pediatricians and pediatric specialists to provide family centered diagnostic imaging services attuned to the needs of children. Dr. Liszewski earned his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine where he was inducted to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed an Internal Medicine Internship at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center/Harvard Medical School which was followed by a Radiology Residency at Brigham and Women’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School where he was elected to serve as chief resident. He then completed a Pediatric Radiology Fellowship at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School where he served as chief fellow. Prior to joining faculty at Columbia, Dr. Liszewski was the vice chair of outpatient imaging, chief of the Division of Pediatric Radiology, and an associate program director for the Radiology Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Dr. Liszewski is a nationally recognized leader in pediatric radiology and is a frequently invited speaker and panelist at national and international conferences. Dr. Liszewski has chaired and served on multiple hospital committees and academic committees of leading radiology organizations including the American Board of Radiology and American College of Radiology. He has served as an assistant editor for the American Journal of Roentgenology, Pediatric Imaging Section and has been recognized with awards including the Ralph Ger Award and the Golding Scholar Award. Dr. Liszewski’s research focuses on innovations in pediatric imaging with particular interest in pediatric thoracic, gastrointestinal and vascular disease. He has also worked to develop novel bedside fluoroscopy techniques for children.

Dr. Blanchard is a board-certified pediatric emergency medicine physician and an Assistant Professor of Pediatrics (in Emergency Medicine) at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center. She has 9 years of experience caring for acutely injured and critically ill children.Dr. Blanchard's primary academic interest is the study of pediatric patients at high-risk for injury and the implementation of targeted interventions. Her specific research focuses on suicide prevention (through decreasing access to lethal means) and exploring unique injury patterns among people with autism. She has completed a Masters in Science and Patient Oriented Research through the Mailman School of Public Health and works closely with the Columbia Center for Injury Science and Prevention, serving as faculty on the Scientific Union for Reduction of Gun Violence (SURGE).Dr. Blanchard is a graduate of University of Colorado School of Medicine. She completed her residency training in Pediatrics and fellowship training in Pediatric Emergency Medicine at NY Presbyterian-Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital. She currently practices in the Pediatric Emergency Department at the NY Presbyterian-Morgan Stanley Children’s Hospital.

Lauren Yeager, MD graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the Honors College at the University of Michigan with a degree in Biopsychology and Cognitive Science. She received her medical degree from Boston University School of Medicine and then completed an internal medicine internship at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York, New York. She completed a general ophthalmology residency at State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Medical Center and then went on to complete a fellowship in pediatric ophthalmology and strabismus at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, DC. Dr. Yeager specializes in pediatric and adult strabismus, as well as the treatment of all childhood eye conditions. She is fellowship trained to perform a wide variety of pediatric ophthalmic surgeries, including pediatric cataract surgery, anterior segment surgery, lacrimal system surgery, and eyelid surgery. Dr. Yeager is interested in international health care and has participated in multiple medical and surgical mission trips to the Dominican Republic. She has also presented at numerous national meetings, including the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology, the Constenbader Society, and the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
