$12 for a ladies' trim / quick layer haircut... very hard to beat. +$3-$4 for hair wash. English is limited though but they understand the basics.

Absolutely terrible service. Apparently you need to be an old customer of theirs in order for them to pay you any attention. People who walk in last minute get priority service over new customers...
