Mama Goose really is as good as a children's consignment store gets. There's lots of room, places for kids to play, and tons of stuff to buy, used and new. They are very picky about the stuff...

For Ithaca, this is your best bet on used children's items, but I visited my hometown and had the absolute best experiences ever. I filled a large box with clothes and paid 20.00 to ship it home...
