They try to up sell you the whole time. Hard to enjoy a pedicure when your tech doesn't speak your language so her coworker chimes in every three minutes asking if you want a spa or gel pedi.......

Honestly don't know how they still have a following. Not very clean looking or modern to say the very least. They use children's place mats at the pedi chairs. Ouch means you're actually hurting...
