Great local 'take out joint' been there for years. Limited food items but love everything they make. Pies and cookies are best ive ever had

My wife surprised me with a apple pie the other day. I tried two slices thinking maybe it was just me but unfortunately it had a very heavy shortening taste to it and couldn't get through that...
