Really love this place. It's probably the best cart in New York. The line is long, but it moves relatively fast. The ingredients are fresh and the portion is hearty. Staff is super nice, as well....

My personal favorite is the Philly cheese steak, double meat and Steak over rice. Really affordable and most importantly the owner and people working there are treats you like family.
