Madison County Distillery is a family owned, artisan distillery located on a 200-year old historic farm called, “The Maples.” This start-up sits on the family’s 90-acre farm which features pure Marcellus-shale spring water, organically-farmed pastures and wooded hiking trails. Come have a tour, a taste, and purchase a bottle. We promise to lift your spirits! Our tacos are award winning and delicious. We also offer an assortment of appetizers. Come sit at our outdoor tables during the warmer months. Bring snowshoes or cross-country skis during the chilly days to take advantage of the groomed trails before your visit.
