History

My business was a thought in the back of my mind for many years and really culminated while on a trip to India. As a Hindu, I feel vegetarianism is both a choice for those seeking to avoid bad karma & our moral obligation to use our consciousness to care for the planet. In 2015, I was asked to be a presenter on the PeaceBoat where I discussed Sustainability of Food and its impact on economics and climate. As I have traveled to many countries around the world, I can tell you that good food is good food. Presenting my customers with Real Good Food is always our mission.

Chef Govinda Madhava Connors, nicknamed Madhi from birth, specializes in mind-blowing culinary experiences. His food focuses on authentic regional cuisine, from many different countries around the world. His interest in food has evolved from living, and traveling around the world for more than 12-years. He and his partner, Gregory Garvin, have been throwing events in NYC for the past 5-years where they bring together culture and fanfair paired with a rendezvous of flavors to set the mood.
