Made by Pauline was founded in 2014, what started as a gift for Pauline's husband became a business. Pauline met her husband in 2011 and one sure thing was that he was missing French food, once during her vacation in France, Pauline decided to take a class to learn how to make macarons, it appears that she was quite talented, back in NYC she couldn't wait to bake for her husband so he can stop complaining. Once her husband tried it, he fell in love with Pauline's macaron and from there, they decided to open
