Nail technician was very nice however, the attention to detail is a bit off when it came to cuticle cutting as you could tell by the photo I think she went a bit too short and close

Horrible. She was missing spots on nail and then painted over it and it was on my fingers. A kid could do better.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I came in for a simple SNS dip powder removal and manicure, and the experience was absolutely horrifying. The manicurist pulled out her NYC Subway Metro Card...
