Welcome to the Lotus Yoga Loft...a vibrant heartwarming sanctuary. The studio has a majestic vibe with a splendid view of the black dirt region. This grounding sweet space was created to ignite, nourish and liberate your mind, body & soul.. The studio has two rooms, one room is overlooking the Hudson Valley Mountains the other is a uniquely designed HOT YOGA room. We offer a variety of classes including Vinyasa, Hot Flow, Hot 26, Restorative, Yin, Meditation, Gentle with Therapeutic applications, & Ayurveda
