Loretto

Established in 1926, Loretto is a nonprofit organization providing elder care services in upstate New York. It offers various home and community-based services, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation therapies, nutritional services, personal care, recreational activities, and case management. Its PACE CNY program is designed to help seniors remain independent in their communities. Loretto operates various senior living sites, and a self-contained, continuing care community, known as the Nottingham. It offers a range of rehabilitation services including postsurgical recovery, orthopedic rehabilitation, physical, speech and occupational therapy, and pain management. Loretto also provides various specialized programs designed for patients that suffer from Alzheimer's disease, and related dementia. Its also offers geriatric and health care training services to various organizations. Loretto is located in Syracuse, N.Y.
