The Long Island Bike Challenge (LIBC) is an annual charity bike ride that brings together dedicated cyclists to ride across Long Island, raising funds to prevent and cure cancer. Since 2012, the LIBC has raised and gifted over $400,000, with 100% of rider raised donations supporting advanced medical research conducted at the Feinstein Institutes for Medical Research, the research arm for the Northwell Health System.

With distances ranging from 25 to 85 miles, riders can choose their preferred challenge, with waterstops conveniently spaced every 20 to 25 miles. The event culminates in Westhampton, NY, providing participants with a rewarding and fulfilling experience while contributing to the fight against cancer.
