We are a WOC owned Chinese farm-to-table cafe and a marketplace for local produce, provisions, and sustainable living products. More than 90% of the ingredients on our menu come directly from small, local farmers and purveyors bringing farm to table to the next level. Our menu is inspired by our founder's childhood favorite dishes. We have a super cute pink backyard, host drag brunch, have the best bubble tea + cookies, and are always throwing community based events. Local Roots also offers catering and can host your next party. HAPPY HOUR: Wednesdays 3-7pm for $1 off bubble tea and booze.

The feeling of getting my hands on locally grown, high quality fruits and vegetables brings me a special kind of joy I had not really accessed prior to my thirties. I guess this is growing up....

Really lovely decor and love the concept of local food market. Garden in the back is nicely designed as well. Food can be hit or miss and price tend to be pretty high. -5 stars: miso sesame...

Nothing better than Asian comfort food. Things are a bit pricey here, but it's cuz they source their ingredients locally. I got the jian bing, which was tasty. A bit garlicky for breakfast though....

Food is wildly hit or miss. I had the vegetarian rice roll (they were out of the vegan mapo tofu version). It made me incredibly sick. It had what tasted like dry shredded cereal on the inside....
