This place is slowly declining due to a general apathy from the foh staff. If you are charging 6 dollars for an iced almond matcha it should be well made. What I got was a glass of almond milk....

Great spot food wise. Delivery is dependable too. The Benton's ham, egg, and cheese is killer if you like aggressive flavors. The bread on multiple items is of the highest quality.
