They have gotten worlds better in customer service and I believe they have a new dealer when it comes to frames. Give them another shot.

My Visit Was Amazing. I Got My eye exam done and picked out my glasses with a nice, professional and very friendly staff!

Not helpful, not polite. I wanted to make an appointment but the receptionists were not nice. Wait a long time just to hear a sentence that one of them couldn't tell me. Lost a prospective customer.

Very nice and comfortable atmosphere. The service was very good and doctor was friendly and patient. Would definitely recommend the place!
