A side trip here came on the way back from Sleepy Hollow. It's a little off the beaten path if you're driving on the Saw Mill Parkway, but it's located right next to a Metro-North train station...

We came here on a whim and I got the Cafe Bombón and it was very pleasant. We also got 2 sweets to try both. The Ube cheesecake and Ube chiffon cake. They were both very delicious and flavorful....

I am so happy I work closer to this place now so I could finally try it out! I came here on my lunch break to try the Ube latte. I added espresso for an extra kick. Definitely on the sweeter side...
