This is a mediocre spot to stop amidst the traffic and not much greenery if you're waiting for someone or enjoying a quick lunch outside. Of organized crime notoriety and not its original name.

Ugh. This "park" sucks. If you like watching crazies feed trash to pigeons, have at it. Plus it's surrounded by traffic so it's loud and stinky. It is a central spot to meet up with friends...
