History

LevelUp MD Urgent Care was founded in 2021 with the vision to make the highest level of immediate care and non-urgent medical services available to local communities regardless of race, religion, sexual orientation or zip code. As of September 1, 2022, nine LevelUp MD Urgent Care centers have been established throughout Brooklyn and Bronx, NY, and Bloomfield and Emerson, NJ. A tenth location in Forest Hills, Queen is planned to open in early October 202. LevelUp MD is committed to its ongoing mission to open clinics in every community where residents have limited healthcare options.
