Murphy & Schisano is pleased to welcome back Gisele C. Rosado, Esq. Gisele is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and Florida, as well as various federal district courts. In 2007, Gisele joined the firm as an Associate Attorney. Although a Hudson Valley native, Gisele has spent the last seven years lending her legal expertise to distressed homeowners in South Florida, one of the regions hardest hit by the 2007 mortgage crisis. She has worked closely with members of the National Association of Consumer Advocates, pioneering foreclosure defense strategies and tactics against the big banks. Currently, the focus of Giseles practice is consumer bankruptcy, foreclosure defense, loan workouts, debt negotiation, real estate transactions, and complex civil litigation. She has served as lead counsel in numerous court actions, arbitrations, and mediations in both state, federal and appellate courts. She is also fluent in English and Spanish.
