HistoryBaby Koach was founded by 2 sisters Elle & Jan who has an undying love for tiny humans! Elle gained knowledge from two different perspectives during the birth of her two sons. Being in labor for 18 hours without any prenatal birth plans, in the hospital triage where she recalled was like a war zone. She had a dreadful and painful experience during labor and post-natal. She breastfed her first born on-demand that lead to sleep deprivation, exhaustion and over fatigue. This then spiraled down to a depression at which point 20yrs ago was not recognized and no help was available, even up to this day is still a taboo for many. The road to being a first time mother was not a pleasant journey for her. . .
