I began as a crisis counselor at the Long Island Crisis Center in 1986.

I offer a variety of services that merge traditional Buddhist practices with a contemporary approach to psychological, spiritual, and physical wellness. Through individual or couples counseling, meditation classes and ministerial services, I work to help people alleviate the sources of pain in their lives through basic principles of mindfulness, simplicity, and self-awareness. Through these time-proven healing methods his clients acquire a greater sense of overall health and happiness, regardless of their spiritual or religious beliefs. I have over twenty years of experience working with people in a wide range of capacities including crisis counselor, Buddhist teacher, hospice volunteer, personal trainer, and meditation instructor. I am committed to helping people to know and understand themselves better so they may lead happier and more productive lives.
