I made my own pick two protein bowl. There's definitely a lot of options. I used zucchini noodles as my base. I picked spicy tuna as my protein. There are ton of options to top.

My poke bowl was exactly what I was craving and I was extremely happy with my first visit. We also got the crab Rangoon and we were so impressed that it was mostly crabmeat inside the pastry....
