The apartments have mold, the interior is horribly outdated with 3-4 different ac and heating units that are huge and non-functioning. The real estate company is a monopoly so they really do not...

Hardly luxury. Property is aging badly due to poor management/maintenance. They show nearly total disdain for the renter. They just want your money. Rent at this property only if you must.
