Huge shout out to Lakeside Animal Hospital (formally Eastridge Animal Hospital ) in Irondequoit. What an uplifting experience from the front desk staff to the vet tech and especially Dr. Licata....

Do not go here! We've taken all of our animals here for the last 22 years (it was a different name before Lakeside) but when the old owners left and the new people came in? Completely downhill....

I drive 20 minutes to this practice. Estimates are provided before service which is great. Staff are efficient and caring. Dr Licata is wonderful
