Michelle took me in after my PCP couldn't draw blood from me. I historically have had a real hard time with anyone being able to draw blood and it ends up being an arduous and painful experience....

expect to wait! I do not know what takes so long to draw blood and to do the paperwork. maybe they should hire a desk person again? I've waited over an hour woth NO patients being taken in at all...
