EDIT: in addition to everything below--they also "missed" NINE of my lab orders. NINE. and now I have to go somewhere else to get blood re-drawn. Extremely incompetent and unacceptable...

If I could give it a zero I would still think I gave it to high of a score. The person who took the blood was very nasty. I won't go into detail, just go to another location.
