Worst experience ever. Waited nearly 2 hours with an appointment, only to find out they did the wrong labs. Absolutely crazy!

Front desk lady is not friendly and they did not have my appointment even though I showed confirmation with script from labcorp. Then asked to make appointment and she responded do it online. Why...

I had made an appointment for today that was confirmed by two emails. When I arrived (on time) the office door was locked but an employee let me in and told me they were closed for the day....

Changed schedule to make it to this location. Showed up early to scheduled appointment and found a locked door. No call no way to get through to them. Pathetic people
