Absolutely the worst. I waited 1 hour and 45 minutes for routine bloodwork. Understaffed.

There is one front staff employee who is rude, discourteous, and brings down the morale of all other staff; I only get my blood work done by Ingrid because she is gentle and kind.

Been coming here for a while, can't say i've had a bad experience. Even as a walk in i'm usually in and out in 30-45 min.
