Horrible! Lady can't say my name correctly so when I tell her to address me as Mr.(my last name) she says that's not what the paper says. I tell her look this is my first name and this is my last...

Would not recommend. Staff, facilities and test handling all seem to need improvement. In the end, needed to use another lab and found Quest in Babylon to have better staff and facilities.
