I am not one to write negative reviews but for this I had to-- Do not book anything with JJ, I don't know if JJ still works there but it's been months and I'm still trying to grow out the ridges...

If you value your nail health, stay away. JJ caused a major split in the nail right by the cuticle. No mention of it. Paintwork was poor. Customer service was poor. Price was high.
