History

my father and myself and my brother all worked together at other locations of diners and restaurant..we just recently sold off the foursome diner at ave u and bragg st. in marine park...that place was open for bisiness for 45 years...we owned it for the last 24 years...it was the fist diner to be built in bklyn,by 4 brothers (hence the foursome diner)my father is his own bisiness owner since he was 19 years old...today @73 he overlooks my brother and i to run this place as good as he did for many years . i myself have 25 years exp.and my bro,pete has 17 years..

our restaurant provides all types of fares,traditionally american,from breakfast specials,(eggs,omellettes,waffles all meats.steaks,juices,coffees)lunch-dinner-cocktails sport channels,tv's....we serve quality foods at awsome prices.we broil-saute-fry-all witholive oil and transfat free butter..and we have a vast menu of ideal weight (low fat-low carb -high protien menu)...we have a great staff and friendly atmosphere to accomadate our patrons...were a great family restaurant and a great place to meet with friends. the kouros family awaits to serve you.
