If it's of any interest to the patients who may or may not like the therapists, I was waiting for my appointment one time, and I heard the owners treating the office staff very badly.

The care was excellent but god forbid you miss appointments, even in the midst of life pain and confusion. They won't see you again, EVER. No compassion or forgiveness.
