They are complete thieves. He promised my clock as fixed and took my money. When I got home the clock stopped working and despite a 6 month warranty he refused to fix or refund. DON'T USE THEM!!!!

I cannot comment on the regular clock business run by Kim, but I would definitely not recommend cuckoo clock repairs done here. Kim does not do them herself, but has a man who does the repairs....
