I have been teaching Pilates for over 10 yrs and love the privacy of my own home studio. It's exciting to see the transformation in my clients that this unique form of body conditioning offers. This is why I only teach private and duets. I have found that this personal attention gives the best results, most quickly. In this non-competitive environment, it's easy to spot and work on areas that need special help. Progress is amazing. I have seen Pilates enhance all aspects of my clients' lives.
