It's not really Kimbap, more like the Whole Foods take on it by stuffing it with ingredients found in a Vietnamese salad bowl. That being said the food is not too bad and has a nice fresh quality...

I used to live right near the Chelsea Market location, and since I moved, I'm so glad this location is in my delivery zone. You really can't go wrong here, but I usually go for the spicy pork bowl.

The line to have my rolls made wasn't very long, but it took quite a while (perhaps due to deliveries). The kimbap was better than I was expecting based on this being a place inside Whole Foods....
