History
Founded in 2011 by Tim Dressel, Kettleborough Cider House began producing small-batch craft cider in 2012. Tim is the 4th generation of Dressels to grow apples in the Hudson Valley and began Kettleborough to merge his love of apples and horticulture with his interests in craft beverages. Dressel Farms currently maintains more than 350 acres of apple orchards and all of Kettleborough's ciders are made from 100% Dressel fruit.
