Kennedy was assigned by my insurance company to take me to a medical appointment. They never showed up and never called and I missed my appointment. Terrible company.

Very bad experience. Booked 24 hours in advance fir car from Manhattan to JFK. At airport, driver informed ne he took cash only and couldn't give me a receipt. Will never use them again.
