As a primary care physician, Dr. Costley believes excellent care is achieved by treating and caring for patients the way he would want for his family and himself. His clinical areas of interest include managing diabetes, preventative medicine and managing hypertension. Dr. Costley is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He has practiced in the Kingston area for 19 years. He offers in-office and virtual visits to children and adults of all ages. In his free time, Dr. Costley enjoys running, biking and hiking.

Dr. Isabell believes that excellent care is achieved by using the osteopathic philosophy, which focuses on treating patients as a whole person. His clinical areas of expertise include osteopathic manipulation, HIV/Hep C treatment and medical marijuana. Dr. Isabell is board certified as an internist by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has practicedξprimary care in the Kingston area for close to a decadeξand offers in-person and virtual visits for patients 16 and older. In his free time, Dr. Isabell enjoysξexercising, doing community service and cheeringξfor the New York Jets.

Dr. Stamberg believes that excellent care starts with building strong relationships with patients and understanding their personalized needs. His areas of interest include prevention, management of acute and chronic conditions and Suboxone therapy. Board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine, heξoffers in-person and virtual visit for all ages, including children, andξhas practiced in the Kingston area for 23 years. In his free time, Dr. Stamberg enjoys spending time with his family, performing with his band and exercising.
