Kelder's Farm

History

Our 200-year-old family farm is always evolving -- that's how we have thrived over the centuries. In the last 100 years, our family has farmed chickens, pigs and dairy cattle. Today, our family has opened our fence-gates to the community, offering pick-your-own strawberries, raspberries and pumpkins. This small start grew into the Rondout Valley's largest U-Pick farm, with over 100 acres of seasonal crops, an educational program for thousands of school children every year, and a popular agri-tourism destination. Kelder's Farm had the first corn maze in the Rondout Valley, and hosts friendly farm animals, prize-winning Homegrown Mini-Golf, a massive, kid-pleasing jumping pillow, and a famous, record-setting giant garden gnome.
