The Rochester Regional Health Family and Lifestyle Medicine - Canandaigua practice is led by Dr. Kerry Graff, a family medicine physician who is passionate about lifestyle medicine.After researching the field of lifestyle medicine and experiencing tremendous health benefits, she began to incorporate lifestyle medicine concepts into her practice. She is passionate about helping patients regain their health through lifestyle measures. She added a separate consultation service because of the huge demand for this approach to care and because it allows her to help a greater number of people. In late 2018, she joined the Rochester Regional Health System so she could reach a greater number of patients and providers.
