Very unique. I believe it's the only Greek Jewish synagogue in America. Possibly outside Greece. The Jewish community in Greece suffered one of the worst death rates in the Holocaust, I believe...

This is the only Romaniote synagogue in the Western Hemisphere! If you're Jewish and a history nerd, this is a good place to check out if you're in the area, or if you need a place for Shabbat....
