The customer service is terrible. I worked in jewelry for 5 years and never have I seen such terrible customer service in "fine" jewelry. Also a girl working there was in skinny jeans and a crop...

I'll try to sum it up fast ..purchased a ring ..had to get it sized smaller...had to pay $45 to take gold out? Weird..took 3 weeks to come back ...still was too big ..wore the ring twice ..smaller...
