Kathleen Noe, PMHNP-BC

Kathleen is an ANCC board certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with over 13 years experience in inpatient, outpatient and emergency psychiatry as both an RN and NP. She completed a masters degree in experimental psychiatry through Villanova University and worked extensively with bipolar disordered patients in medication treatment trials at the National Institute of Mental Health. She then completed her RN through the University of Rochester and her NP through St. John Fisher University. She
