Katelyn Spadalik, PA-C

Dr. Tamara Koss is a board-certified dermatologist practicing at the Schweiger Dermatology Group in Smithtown, Long Island. Dr. Koss specializes in all areas of dermatology, including general, pediatric dermatology and dermatologic surgery. Dr. Koss also has advanced training in cosmetic and laser surgery of the skin. Dr. Koss graduated magna cum laude with highest honors in psychology from Harvard University. While at Harvard, she was elected to the Phi Beta Kappa honor society. Dr. Koss received her MD degree with honors from the Yale University School of Medicine, where she was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society.

Dr. Bruce Heller, MD, is a board-certified dermatologist. He specializes in medical dermatology, focusing on the treatment of skin rashes, eczema, acne, cysts, skin growths, warts, skin cancer, hair loss, nail disease, psoriasis, and skin infections. Dr. Heller graduated from Jefferson Medical School in Philadelphia, completed his internship at Cornell Medical School's North Shore University Hospital campus, and finished his residency at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in NYC, where he served as Chief Resident.

Dr. Wendy Lou specializes in Mohs micrographic surgery and dermatologic surgery. She pursued training in clinical cutaneous laser research and Mohs micrographic surgery at the Laser and Skin Surgery Center of New York. She is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and American Academy of Dermatology. She has worked as Clinical Assistant Professor at New York University Department of Dermatology for over 17 years.
