History

I became a practitioner of massage therapy in January of 2016. After graduating from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, I was asked to join a practice with one of my clinical instructors. Since then I have been providing therapeutic massage therapy to clients from Rochester and the surrounding areas.

Specialties

There is Wellness through Synergy- My mission is to restore the health of my clients and improve their lives through alternative treatments. By providing therapeutic massage and self-care awareness to clients, my goal is to promote health and wellness in all aspects of their personal, physical, mental and spiritual lives. My purpose is to help clients heal, and through our combined efforts, assist them with a better approach to their own health. My focus is to partner with my clients to educate and help them understand their body, and the connection between everyday habits and their effects.
