Founded in 2014, Kalos is of Greek origin - meaning honorable, morally good, worthy. Living up to this meaning is a founding principal for us. We are committed to empowering our members to achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle that supports their personal goals. Kalos Health is committed to ensuring our members have access to quality care and services when and where they need it. We serve our members across varied cultures and communities, enabling them to be independent, because there is no place like home.

Specialties

Kalos Health, Inc. is a regional nonprofit that provides health insurance coverage through two products, a New York State Medicaid Managed Long Term Care Plan (MLTC), and through Kalos Health Gold Plus (HMO-SNP), a Medicare Dual Advantage Plan. Kalos Health coordinates health care services throughout Western New York with a vast network designed to meet the health care needs of the diverse populations we serve.
