Once you're in the system you're a number. Nobody to help navigate when your doctor quits leaving you stranded. They don't care one bit about continuity of medication. I wish I'd never heard of them.

The imaging quality was poor. NYU bills insurance two to three times more than private practices for comparable services, yet the service quality is substandard--worthy of only half a star.
