slow, they are always slow. we order online and it says 20-30 mins and they just start it when you get there So takes double the time. Needs better staffing as every time I've come in for a pickup...

Jrecks has always been one of my favorite places to eat in Potsdam. Still to this day I can't go a week without out it. If your looking for the freshest subs in town stop here and try it out.
